Application Forms

The new Conrades♦Wetherell Science Center on the OWU campus features state-of-the-art facilities and resources that will be used by Sleuths students and instructors.

1. Please type or clearly print all forms.
2. Applications must be postmarked by April 1, 2008, and mailed to:

3. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all forms are received by the deadline.

Enrollment is limited.

Eligibility

Applicants must be current sophomores or juniors in high school, must have completed a course in both biology and in chemistry, and must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Due to the shortage of minorities in the sciences, Sleuths is especially interested in, but not limited to, students from groups underrepresented in the sciences including African Americans, Hispanics and Native Americans.

Cost

Camp fee for SLEUTHS is $400 for one week. Federally funded aid is available to support full and partial scholarships to defray program costs; many full scholarships are awarded. Applications for scholarships are part of the camper application package.

SLEUTHS Science Camp is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education.
